Smoke 51 E-Cigarette

Bought the product at a local shop when I broght it home it didnt work, called customer service they called back the next day and told me to charge it for 3 to 4 hours which I did it still would not work called customer service back and asked for them to replace the unit because it did not work they said the atomizer was bad and that I could buy a new atomizer from the company for 12.95 and to ship it would cost another 12.50. They would not replace the atomizer or the product with a working unit, they said the retailer would do that called the retailer they said they do not replace or refund money for the smoke51 system that I would have to call customer service and return the product to the maker, called customer service same thing they would not replace the product or send a atomizer so now I am stuck with something that does not work and I have a dent in my bank account of about 55 bucks. BE WARE do not buy a product from anyone that will not stand behind there product ask if it can be returned if its faulty if not do not buy it. Smoke 51 in my book does business very very poorly and I will NEVER recommend them or their product to anyone

We do not charge $12.95 for the shipping and another $12.50 for the atomizer, you must have misunderstood the customer service representative. We charge a 1 time fee of $12.95 to replace the atomizer. At any point after you pay that $12.95 and your battery or atomizer stop working we will replace it for free.

Smoke 51 are theaves

They say you won a prize and all you have to do is pay s&h. OK I sent them $4.95 then when I pressed submit then it said that my card will be charged another $55.00 for the rest of the starter kit and then $99.95 each month will be billed to my card. I tried too call them and I got know were. They called to verify my address I asked for there customer service number and they told me that they didn't have that number. I had to go and take every bit of cash off my credit card so they can't get to it because there is no way of calling them or stopping them. Time some part of our GOVERMENT looks into this and gets their books and refunds everybody!!!! DO NOT BE A SUCKER STOP THIS COMPANY NOW A.M.N. WE ALL HAVE IT HARD AND THE OUR U.S.A. LET SOME ONE TAKE AVANTAGE OF OUR PEOPLE THAT ARE ALREADY HAVIND IT HARD IS NOT THE U.S.A. I WAS BORN IN 45yrs. ago REALY SAD!!!!

I am the manager of the customer service department and it sounds like you are dealing with a completely different company. We have never had a trial offer that charged near the charges you are explaining.

Also if you go to our website www.smoke51.com and go to the section contact us you will see our phone# is right there. The toll free # is 888-766-****.

The company you are looking for is NuAge Labs and their phone # is 877-766-**** and they are the only company that has access to your trial account.

Smoke51 the electronic cigarette will say it's free just click here not that it's a free trial. Then they debit your card for the shipping which is ok because that is what you are in agreement with. a month later you get the device and they say it is a 30 day free trial and although you have not tried it they are billing you for the device. I got mine one day and the next day they are ready to bill me. I spoke to cus. serv. and she said there a delay in shipping and I explained that I should still have my 30 days to try it for free, I sent it back the very next day now I will see if they will bill my card,

And, to those who have asked previously, I stopped charges and filed a claim through my bank to have the seperate recurring charges reversed, except the first one that I did authorize the affiliate to make in all fairness. I then reported the matter and the original website that I ordered from, who should be able to be tracked down through the actual companies' affiliate listings to be held accountable in the end.

I don't FEEL I was scammed. I WAS scammed.

I bought my ecig without any fine print by a company whose site stopped existing after the first charge hit my account. I understand Lux/Smoke51 and their trail program, but that's not what was sold to me in any way. What you have to realize is that they use "afilliate" retailers, like the one that sold their product to me as something else.

They might not personally be scamming anybody, but they sell their product through plenty of people who are, and they're to blinded by the money to care. Sell their own product in a fair manner, or be labled right along with the other crappers that sell it for them.

My husband ordered this for me as a surprise. I had another e-cig, but thought it had a green tip.

Wanted a red one. So, for $4.95, he ordered it for me. Now I read this. Will be sending it back tomorrow.

i also fell for the scam. it was to be 4.95 for the trial offer, then i checked my bank account and saw that 99.67 was taken out without my permission. i called the company they told me that they could only refund 40.00. very upset and displeased.

does anyone have any advise on how to get my money back.

I know when I got into using ecigs smoke 51 did pass by on my radar at one time back in the day. This trial offer or free kit as everyone is calling it I believe I saw the same web page myself.

Mine had fine print though saying I'd be billed like a 100 the next month for the starter kit. I'm very happy I didn't go through what all of you have or bought a worthless product from these people at smoke 51. To help all of you out you should check out volcano ecigs, mad vapes, or vapor for life.

Used all of the products I have now from them and my opinion is volcano ecigs is top of the line. Go with the lavatube V2 and you'll realize why smoke 51 wasn't worth it in the first place even at 4.95.

I too was a victim of this SCAM company. Only thing different there is a 14 day trial period.

Different from the 30 day trial period shown in the paper that comes with the cigarette. I happen to call and cancel before the 14 days was up. It still cost me a additional $24.95 to cancel at that time.

Because if I didn't then I would be charged the $109.67. I advise everyone who has been ripped off by this company to contact the Attorney General in your State and file a complaint against this Scam company.

You need to contact LUX E-Cig at 877-766-****, they are the company that is running the trial and the only company with access to your trial account. Smoke 51 is just the manufacturer of the product and not the one charging you.

Smoke 51 ripp off

I did the $9.95 thing too. Cancelled the order 1 min later . Still charged the $9.95 . Never got the device and then 30 days later charged the full price on my debit card . Called them and got run around . Called the Broward Sheriffs Office and reported being robbed . Contatcted my bank and had the charges reversed and killed the card . This company is nothing more than a way to de fraud people . DONT USE THEM THEY ARE RIPP OFFS They will wear out your credit card with charges hoping you wont reverse them . File a complaint if you are ripped off by them.

I bought mine 2 years ago while visiting the US from Canada and when I went to buy more cartridges I was charged but I never received them, plus the customer service number i called didn't exist and emails i sent were never returned. I still use the e cig but i buy liquid from someone else...... waiting for the chance to get a new brand

Smoke 51/ Lux is nothing but a scam. I ordered the $4.95 promo kit.

When the electronic cigarette arrived there was a contract included. It said " if you are not happy with this product you have 30 days to return it for a refund. When I looked at my bank account, 12 days later, not only did the company take the 4.95 but they added a unapproved charge of $109.67 plus a charge for $3.07 Exchange Fee. My bank told me that it was a sure thing that their bank account was from a foreign country.

It took 5 calls to the company until they said they would refund the money. First they tried to tell me I had only 14 days to return it, it was only the 12th day and the contract said 30 days. Then they said it was for a life time guarantee and filters, NOPE, I didn't order that. My bank and I turned it into their fraud dept.

I recieved 3 different emails from the smoke 51/ Lux saying they will refund my money.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE PROBLEMS I ENCOUNTERED.

My cartridges only last a short time, like 6 hours, and there isn't much vapor that comes out, when I put them on. Is something wrong? I smoke 1 pack a day, cigarettes, and I would expect the cartridges to last more than a few hours.

They are not a scam

They help me solve my issue with the terms and the charges I had. It takes bit of time to read terms and conditions when placing an order on line. They were very pleasant and informative. I got my refund for the trial kit and I am content with the results. Just call the number listed on your credit account. The lines are sometimes busy due to high volume i assume but try again and you'l lget through. they are listed as Smoke Anywhere USA or Smoke51. There are different websites that you can go in to check out other products they carry. Take the time and check them out.

I just received the Smoke 51 Duo e cig today and absolutely love it. It has enabled me to quit smoking after 20yrs of doing so!

The product seems VERY well made, and the companies customer service has so far been superb.

I even received my order earlier than expected, and had no problem getting a real and knowledgable person when i called in. I would definately recommend this company.

Chances are someone has stolen your information and will be making other purchases aside from this one.

I suggest you contact your card company immediately and have the card canceled to avoid any further problems. Most companies will reimburse you right away for fraudulent charges.

(smoke51) is the biggest rip -off i have ever seen or heard of. it took me 3 wks of trying daily just to talk to someone at smoke51. i returned the kit via usps signature required on 11/23/09.my account has yet to be credited. instead they gave me an address & phone # for TRANSFIRST MERCHANT SERVICE.

THEY (TMS) informed me they have nothing to do with SMOKE51. This has been nothing short of a nightmare transaction. SMOKE51 took my $ ,now claims TMSis where i get the refund ,who says SMOKE51 IS WHERE I GET THE REFUND , WHO SAYS TMS IS WHERE I GET THE REFUND , WHO SAYS SMOKE 51.....GET THE PICTURE!THEY AHVE THEIR PRODUCT RETURNED TO THEM & I HAVE THE SIGNED RECIEPT OF THAT RETURN ....YET I'M STILL OUT $119.90.
