Smoke 51 E-Cigarette
Bought the product at a local shop when I broght it home it didnt work, called customer service they called back the next day and told me to charge it for 3 to 4 hours which I did it still would not work called customer service back and asked for them to replace the unit because it did not work they said the atomizer was bad and that I could buy a new atomizer from the company for 12.95 and to ship it would cost another 12.50. They would not replace the atomizer or the product with a working unit, they said the retailer would do that called the retailer they said they do not replace or refund money for the smoke51 system that I would have to call customer service and return the product to the maker, called customer service same thing they would not replace the product or send a atomizer so now I am stuck with something that does not work and I have a dent in my bank account of about 55 bucks. BE WARE do not buy a product from anyone that will not stand behind there product ask if it can be returned if its faulty if not do not buy it. Smoke 51 in my book does business very very poorly and I will NEVER recommend them or their product to anyone

Smoke 51 are theaves
They say you won a prize and all you have to do is pay s&h. OK I sent them $4.95 then when I pressed submit then it said that my card will be charged another $55.00 for the rest of the starter kit and then $99.95 each month will be billed to my card. I tried too call them and I got know were. They called to verify my address I asked for there customer service number and they told me that they didn't have that number. I had to go and take every bit of cash off my credit card so they can't get to it because there is no way of calling them or stopping them. Time some part of our GOVERMENT looks into this and gets their books and refunds everybody!!!! DO NOT BE A SUCKER STOP THIS COMPANY NOW A.M.N. WE ALL HAVE IT HARD AND THE OUR U.S.A. LET SOME ONE TAKE AVANTAGE OF OUR PEOPLE THAT ARE ALREADY HAVIND IT HARD IS NOT THE U.S.A. I WAS BORN IN 45yrs. ago REALY SAD!!!!

Smoke 51 electronic cigarette
Smoke51 the electronic cigarette will say it's free just click here not that it's a free trial. Then they debit your card for the shipping which is ok because that is what you are in agreement with. a month later you get the device and they say it is a 30 day free trial and although you have not tried it they are billing you for the device. I got mine one day and the next day they are ready to bill me. I spoke to cus. serv. and she said there a delay in shipping and I explained that I should still have my 30 days to try it for free, I sent it back the very next day now I will see if they will bill my card,

Smoke 51 ripp off
I did the $9.95 thing too. Cancelled the order 1 min later . Still charged the $9.95 . Never got the device and then 30 days later charged the full price on my debit card . Called them and got run around . Called the Broward Sheriffs Office and reported being robbed . Contatcted my bank and had the charges reversed and killed the card . This company is nothing more than a way to de fraud people . DONT USE THEM THEY ARE RIPP OFFS They will wear out your credit card with charges hoping you wont reverse them . File a complaint if you are ripped off by them.

They are not a scam
They help me solve my issue with the terms and the charges I had. It takes bit of time to read terms and conditions when placing an order on line. They were very pleasant and informative. I got my refund for the trial kit and I am content with the results. Just call the number listed on your credit account. The lines are sometimes busy due to high volume i assume but try again and you'l lget through. they are listed as Smoke Anywhere USA or Smoke51. There are different websites that you can go in to check out other products they carry. Take the time and check them out.

We do not charge $12.95 for the shipping and another $12.50 for the atomizer, you must have misunderstood the customer service representative. We charge a 1 time fee of $12.95 to replace the atomizer. At any point after you pay that $12.95 and your battery or atomizer stop working we will replace it for free.
Sounds like alot of electronic cigarette companies have the same customer satisfaction practices. Hope V-2 cigs. enjoys my money.
